For those of you interested in having Robert as a guest on your TV or radio show or at your event, the following is a sampler of discussion topics:

The Lucid Dreaming Primer: How To Become Aware in Your Dreams
Lucid dreaming, or the ability to become aware of dreaming while in the dream state, seems at first paradoxical. How do you become aware while dreaming? In this session, author and lucid dream expert, Robert Waggoner, will explain five powerful techniques that talented lucid dreamers are using to become consciously aware—and how they are using their dream awareness in the subconscious to change their lives for the better. If you ever wanted to know how lucid dreaming is achieved, this is your chance.

Awakening to the Power of Lucid Dreaming
The ancient Egyptian word for dream, resut, means “awakening.” In what way could a dream be considered an awakening? Lucid dreaming, or the ability to become consciously aware in the dream state, may be the closest link to ancient Egyptian’s use of dream as awakening. When lucidly aware, the dreamer can interact with the dream figures, seek out information, explore dreaming, and more. Author and lucid dreaming expert, Robert Waggoner, shows how experienced lucid dreamers are using lucid dreaming to explore the mystery of the psyche. In this presentation, you will learn how to ‘dream like an Egyptian’ and awaken with conscious awareness in the dream state.

Feels Like Heaven: Lucid Dreaming as a Model for the After-life
Have you ever seriously wondered, What will I do in Heaven? Or, how will I spend my time in that pearly white eternity? If you feel that it might be more than harp playing and endless games of shuffle board but are unsure what to expect, author and lucid dreaming expert, Robert Waggoner, has a proposal for you. The after-life may be very much like a lucid dream. In lucid dreams, we are consciously aware and able to think and act in the mental environment of the dream. Using our mental form, we can fly, have fun, explore and investigate the seemingly infinite dimensions of our awareness without ever needing food or water, and without fear or concern. And in our lucid dream explorations, we converse, meet others, talk to the deceased and continue to grow—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Learn how the experience of lucid dreaming bears remarkable similarity to some Buddhist’s perspectives on the bardo or after death state. See how you can become consciously aware in your dreams now—and perhaps, get a sneak preview of the heavenly state.

Seeking the Numinous: Spiritual Encounters in Lucid Dreams
Conscious dreaming has been called the “gateway to infinity.” Fully aware in the dream state, your choices are only limited by the focus of your heart and mind. Naturally, some have chosen to explore the spiritual realm—to seek out spiritual concepts, to address inner blockages, and with pure faith in the lucid dream, to “surrender” to their larger self. In this presentation by lucid dream expert and author, Robert Waggoner, you will hear stories of dramatic spiritual encounters and lessons learned by lucid dreamers going deeper into the spiritual realm. By letting go of the shallow concerns of the ego self, lucid dreamers have crossed the gateway to encounter their infinite selves.

Healing in Conscious Dreams: Using Lucid Dreaming to Improve Your Health
For decades, experienced lucid dreamers have quietly sought to explore their abilities when consciously aware in dreams. Deep in the subconscious of dreaming, some lucid dreamers have learned how to focus their intent on healing themselves (and in some cases, others) of physical ailments. Upon waking, many have been surprised to experience a sudden and rapid reduction in the severity of their symptoms, and in some cases, have a doctor confirm that the health problem has disappeared. How do they do it? How do lucid dreamers direct healing energy, when consciously aware in the dream state? In this presentation by lucid dream expert and author, Robert Waggoner, dramatic examples of healings will show how lucid dreamers have used this new technique to restore their natural health.

When Lucid Dreamers Meet the Deceased: Conscious Conversations
with the Departed
Interacting with the deceased in dreams is a common, mystifying experience, which some scholars believe accounts for the earliest establishment of religious practice. Even today, these dream encounters with the deceased provide many of us first-hand evidence for life after death. Encounters range from simple expressions of “I’m okay” to valid observations or warnings about unknown events to come. Many lucid dreamers become consciously aware in the dream when seeing a deceased loved one, and have fascinating conscious conversations with the departed. Hear how lucid dreamers have used this ability to learn about the after death state, and take comfort from those who have passed over.

Beyond Lucid Dreaming: The Long Path to the Light of Awareness
Buddhist yogi Naropa outlined six paths to the accomplishment of enlightenment—one of these being the yoga of the dream state. Lucid dreaming, or the ability to become consciously aware of dreaming while in the dream, is central to this practice. Ground breaking research in the late 1970s scientifically established the validity of lucid dreaming, and took it from the realms of spiritual belief and parapsychological anecdotes to worldwide acceptance. But how does lucid dreaming lead to enlightenment? What does lucid dreaming have to teach us about going beyond apparent form? Author and experienced lucid dreamer, Robert Waggoner, will take us on a personal journey in which he sought to go beyond lucid dreaming, and unexpectedly encountered the clear light of Awareness.

Seeking the Muse’s Source: Enhancing Creativity through Lucid Dreaming
We all know dreams are creative. But what if you were consciously aware and able to call forth that creativity? And, what if you could consciously direct that creativity to areas of personal importance and concern? Lucid dream expert and author, Robert Waggoner, will show you four ways lucid dreamers—those who become consciously aware of dreaming while in the dream—are already doing just that. How you can direct the energy of your subconscious mind, while consciously aware in a dream, and discover your inner treasure.

Using Lucid Dreaming to Unleash the Powers of the Unconscious Mind
Hypnosis, and its forerunners mesmerism and animal magnetism, has dazzled people and scientist for centuries, as a mental tool to visibly see the power of our subconscious mind. Now, a new and revolutionary psychological tool is emerging: lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming, or the ability to become consciously aware in the dream, allows the dreamer direct access to the enormous power and creativity of the subconscious. While lucid dreaming has been used by many young people to explore and play in the dream state, experienced lucid dreamers have discovered that it allows for access to the powers of the subconscious mind, and more. Hear how talented lucid dreamers are using this tool to change their lives, and others. (Note: Studies of college students show 57 to 85 per cent have experienced at least one lucid dream.)
